Software used to be built by three roles: product manager, designer, engineer. Each one waiting on the other two. With AI, that split collapses: one person can do all three jobs. That person is who we are hiring.

What you will do

  • Build features end-to-end: understand the problem, design the solution, write the code, ship it. No handovers, no ticket ping-pong.
  • Talk to our users yourself (project developers, planners) and help decide what gets built next
  • Use AI tools as leverage across all three disciplines: product thinking, design, and engineering
  • Ship weekly into a platform that projects worth millions depend on

What you bring

  • You build production-grade software (our stack: TypeScript, React, Node, Supabase) and think through product and design yourself instead of waiting for specs
  • You work AI-native: coding agents and prototyping tools are your daily routine, not an experiment
  • You want to own outcomes, not work through task lists

You build the platform that turns laborious grid connection applications into a clean, fast process: from digital intake through completeness checks to deadline management.

What you'll do

  • Develop features end-to-end (frontend and backend)
  • Write clean, maintainable code and take ownership
  • Work closely with forward deployed engineers and users on real workflows
  • Contribute to architecture and product decisions

Your profile

  • Solid experience in web development (e.g. TypeScript, React, Node, though the stack is negotiable)

You are the bridge between customers and product: you roll out the platform with customers, map their real grid connection workflows, and bring what you learn there straight back into the product.

What you'll do

  • Roll out and configure the platform with customers and map their workflows
  • Build integrations and customer-specific solutions, technical and hands-on
  • Gather requirements from the field and feed them back to the product team
  • Stay close to customers, remote and occasionally on-site

Your profile

  • Technical skills (you can code) plus strong communication
  • Customer-focused, self-directed, and solution-oriented
  • Willingness to take occasional on-site appointments
  • Very good German required

What you'll do

  • Outbound via LinkedIn, email, and phone
  • Research, contact, and qualify leads
  • Book demo appointments for the team
  • Keep the CRM (HubSpot) clean and build the pipeline

Your profile

  • Strong communicator, persistent, and well organized
  • First sales experience is a plus, but not a must
  • Self-motivated and keen to grow in sales
  • Very good German required
