NetzNow Development Partnership

Not every process deserves to be digitized. And not every solution should be built from scratch. We walk through your specific process, assess what pays off, and then build on our platform: custom where your workflow demands it, product standard where it makes you faster and more affordable.

The principle

A product company, not a systems integrator.

Everything we develop for you becomes part of a platform that lives on. That has three consequences for you:

We invest alongside you.

Your requirements advance our product. That is why you do not carry the cost of a custom build; you get development partner terms.

Software that lives on.

Custom code from contractors goes orphaned after the project. What is built here is maintained, hardened, and developed further. Our own interest is your guarantee.

Clarity instead of sprawl.

Not every wish gets built one to one. If something does not fit the platform, we say so early and show an alternative. That protects you from code nobody can maintain in two years.

The decision

Every requirement gets a clear place.

After the audit, we sort every requirement together. Transparent, with effort estimates and reasoning. The result is a solid basis for decision-making before any money is spent.

Already in the product.

You use it from day one. No development costs, no waiting.

Goes on the roadmap.

We build it as product standard. As a development partner, you help prioritize.

Custom for you.

We develop it as an extension on the platform. Maintained and cared for like the product itself.

Deliberately not.

If something brings no benefit or does not fit the platform, we say so openly and propose the better way.

The process

How a project runs.

Six phases from intake to regular operation. Duration and scope depend on your process.

Process audit. Phase 1

We capture how your process really runs today, in two strands:

Processes

Workflows, roles, handovers. Where duplicate work arises, where waiting time arises, where media breaks happen. We talk to the people who run the process every day.

Software stack

Systems, data sources, interfaces. Including everything that runs on email, Excel, or paper today.

Sort & decide. Phase 2

Every requirement is sorted: already in the product, on the roadmap, custom for you, or deliberately not. You receive the audit report and an implementation roadmap with effort estimates. At the go/no-go, you decide whether we build. The report is yours either way.

Design. Phase 3

We design the solution: workflows, interfaces, data model, integrations. As a clickable prototype instead of specification prose. Your approval comes before the first line of code.

Development. Phase 4

Implementation in short iterations on the NetzNow platform. After every iteration you see the current state in the system, not on slides.

Test & pilot. Phase 5

Pilot operation with real cases from your day-to-day. Your team works with it, we refine. Then the acceptance.

Go-live & onboarding. Phase 6

Training for your team, rollout into regular operation, a supported start. We stay on it until it runs.

Weekly check-in & reporting. Ongoing

A fixed weekly meeting, short paths, fast decisions. You see progress in the system at any time, not just in the status report.

Operations & further development. Ongoing

Maintenance, updates, and security care are included, because your solution is part of our product. And as a development partner, you help shape what comes next.

Confidentiality

And your know-how?

Your process and business data stay yours. What flows into the product is generic functionality: deadline logic, portal integrations, workflows. On request, we agree exclusivity windows for individual features.
